Please read these Terms of Service carefully before commissioning me. By placing a request, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a specific clause, feel free to contact me directly!

All commissions are digital goods. No physical items will be shipped.• Payment is required before starting the commission.• Payment plans (50/50 split) are available upon request and at my discretion.• Refunds are only available:
In full: if I haven’t started your piece yet
Partially: if the piece is in progress. The refund will reflect the work not yet completed• Refunds are not available once rendering has begun unless I cancel due to personal circumstances. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
• If you need your commission in 7-5 days or less, you can request a rush order for an additional fee.Please be respectful in communication. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission if the client is condescending, disrespectful, or violates these terms.
✦ Process
Once we confirm your proposal and idea, I’ll start your commission according to the work queue, which is linked in my profile and is always updated to keep all clients informed.*The process is the following:
Sketch: You can request changes during this stage! Pieces with backgrounds will include a phase with thumbnails beforehand to check for the perfect angle and positioning of the characters.Flat colors: Pagedoll chibis and cell-shaded icons don't include updates at this stage since they’re simpler.Rendering and final confirmation: You’ll receive the final piece to confirm everything is okay! You can request tweaks to minor details here. Animated commissions include an update at this stage, followed by animation and final confirmation.*Skeb type commissions don’t include any updates, as they're intended to be an experience with no communication.•Revisions are available during the sketch phase only (up to 3-5 rounds). Please request all major changes at this stage.•Once rendering begins, major changes will incur additional fees.•Fixing errors I’ve made does not count as a revision, so feel free to point them out!

I retain full copyright of all artworks.Personal Use- Covers any non-commercial or non-monetized display and enjoyment of the commissioned piece. This includes posting on your personal social media accounts, using it as a profile picture or banner, printing it for yourself or as a gift, or sharing it with friends! You’re also allowed to share the art on non-commercial content platforms as long as the artwork isn’t being used to generate income. You may not redistribute or resell the original file “as-is” or claim ownership of the piece. Credit must be visible if posted anywhere.Streaming/Monetized Content: - Allows the commissioned artwork to appear on monetized platforms such as YouTube or Twitch as long as the artwork itself is not being sold or turned into a product. This includes things like stream overlays, thumbnails, schedule graphics, or promotional art for your online presence. Under this license, the artwork cannot be resold, edited into new products, or used to create physical/digital goods for sale. Credit must be visibly included in a profile description, credits screen, or other appropriate spot.Commercial use Please especify you want this type of license to discuss pricing.Allows the use of the commissioned artwork in products or content that generate revenue, either directly or indirectly. This includes merchandise, promotional artwork, game assets, book covers, advertisements, and any product or material intended for resale or mass distribution. I retain the rights to the original artwork unless a full buyout is discussed and agreed upon.

•You can request that your commission remain private (no posting of WIPs or final piece) for up to 2 months for free. Beyond that period, an extra privacy fee will apply.
✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Your final files will be delivered via Google Drive or email unless another method is requested.• Turnaround may vary depending on commission type, complexity, and queue status. Maximum delivery time is 3 months from the order date.

This is your opportunity to check that the design is accurate.Animated version and final confirmation: After confirming the static version, I will proceed to animate the piece.
