Please read these Terms of Service carefully before commissioning me. By placing a request, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a specific clause, feel free to contact me directly!Be respectful. I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions if a client is rude, disrespectful, or violates these terms.

All commissions are digital goods. No physical items will be shipped.• Full payment is required before I start.• Payment plans (50/50) are optional and at my discretion.• Rush orders (5-7 days) are available for an extra fee.

✦ Refund

Full refund: if I haven’t started.
Partial refund: if work has begun (based on progress).Refunds are not available once rendering has begun unless I cancel due to personal circumstances. In that case, a full refund will be issued.

✦ Process & Revisions

•Revisions are available during the sketch phase only (up to 3-5 rounds). Please request all major changes at this stage.• Once rendering begins, major changes will incur additional fees.• Fixing errors I’ve made does not count as a revision, so feel free to point them out!• Provide clear and complete visual references.Anything not shown or mentioned beforehand will not be added later without an additional fee unless it's a small detail.Skeb type commissions don’t include any updates, as they're intended to be an experience with no communication.

✦ Work Queue & Turnaround

Once we confirm your proposal and idea, I’ll start your commission according to the work queue, which is linked in my profile and is always updated to keep all clients informed.• Pagedolls, chibis, or YCHs: 5 days - 4 weeks (unless stated otherwise)• Icons, portraits, illustrations without background, animated chibis, animated icons : up to 1.5 monthsPieces with background: up to 3 monthsYou can ask for queue updates anytime!

✦ Usage & Copyright

I retain full copyright of all artworks.Personal Use-Includes uses for social media, icons, banners, pinting for personal use. You may not redistribute or resell the original file “as-is” or claim ownership of the piece. Credit must be visible if posted anywhere.Streaming/Monetized Content: - Allows the commissioned artwork to appear on monetized platforms such as YouTube or Twitch as long as the artwork itself is not being sold or turned into a product. Credit must be visibly included in a profile description, credits screen, or other appropriate spot.Commercial use Allows the use of the commissioned artwork in products or content that generate revenue, either directly or indirectly. This includes merchandise, promotional artwork, game assets, book covers, advertisements, and any product or material intended for resale or mass distribution. I retain the rights to the original artwork unless a full buyout is discussed and agreed upon.

•Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.AI/NFT use is strictly forbidden. You may not feed my art into any machine learning models or blockchain-related technology.If you’ve read this far, put your worst bad joke in your proposal for a 10% discount on any commission! Not available over services that already have a discount! One use per client (´• ω •`)

✦ Posting & Privacy

I may post WIPs and the final piece in my portfolio or on my socials.You can request privacy (no posting) for up to 2 months for free. If you don't want me to ever post it there's a +30% fee added to the commission price.

Once your request is confirmed, I will start your commission according to my work queue.Static version: You will receive a preview with your character applied. This is where you check design accuracy before animation!Revisions:• When you receive the static version, you can request fixes related to the design of your character.• No major changes after animation begins.• Fixing my mistakes does not count as a revisionReferences:• Provide clear and complete visual references. Anything not shown or mentioned beforehand may not be added later without an additional fee (unless it’s a minor detail)
